Our process

We value your time. We are founder-friendly and pragmatic. We will work quickly to establish whether we have a mutual fit, and if so, we will guide you through a straightforward process.

We use the following investment process as a guide:

Introduction

We seek to get to know each other and understand your product in the first meeting. If there is a mutual fit, we will offer to sign an NDA and continue our discussion

Initial information exchange

At this stage, we seek to understand your product better and get a high level view of your financials and customer profile. We will provide you with an indicative valuation at this stage

Offer

If our initial indication is acceptable, we will spend more time with you on the product, technology infrastructure, customer base and financials to provide you with a formal offer

Confirmatory due diligence

 If our offer is acceptable, we will work together with you to perform detailed due diligence and prepare transaction documents. This process may take some time and resources on both sides but is crucial to both (i) substantiating the offer price and terms as well as, if applicable, (ii) setting the stage for our future partnership as we learn more about your business, its value drivers and areas we can work together on

Closing and continued partnership

We formally close the transaction: you receive your sale proceeds and we embark on a journey to make your business a long-term success
